It’s a new style of short and long-term housing, providing guests with convenient living without the hassle. Typically, residents share similar interests and values and feel connected.
We have over 40 rooms across both our sites at Bondi Junction and Bondi. These are a mix of twin share, private single or private double layouts to suit every preference and budget.
Check in is from 2:00pm and check out is 11:00am. Early check in check out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All rooms are fully equipped and furnished with all you need! Prices also include all utility bills and internet.
We prefer our leases to be for a minimum of 2 weeks, but subject to availability shorter stays are also available. You are welcome to stay for as long as you need!
We have a variety of rooms set up to accommodate you.
We take a small deposit of $400 prior to your arrival. This may differ for short term stays.
Rent is either paid through our rent management system, direct debit, transfer or cash. Rent is always paid in advance.
For sure – this is your pad! As long as they leave by 10pm.
Unfortunately, not without management approval. We can come to an arrangement if required.
Our Bondi Junction location has secure parking available at a small fee. Both locations also have on street parking.
Yes, our locations have on-site washing machine and dryer facilities, priced from $4 per cycle. There is also communal ironing equipment available to keep you looking sharp.
Yes. We ask you keep the communal kitchen, lounge and your personal space clean and hygienic. We can arrange professional cleaning super cheap if you’re short of time.
Don’t be silly. Our neighbours do ask to keep the noise down after 10pm, so we limit use of our communal kitchen and common areas after that time.
No problem. If you do decide to leave early, you will be subject to minimal fees according to our contract terms.
We wish! Unfortunately, though, to be fair to all guests we cannot allow any furry creatures.
Yes, within reason we can store any large items for you for the duration of your stay for a small fee.
There is a set of rules provided along with your on-boarding information. We encourage all our guests to have a read.
